With water levels subsiding, the ice mostly melted on the river and ice jams cleared up north of Selkirk, we’ve determined there is no threat of water breaching the temporary dike in Selkirk Park and we are reopening the park for public use.
We ask everyone to please stay away from the river banks, and PLEASE respect people’s distance if you choose to walk the trail
