Eveline Street Reconstruction: the traffic control switch over for all north bound traffic began today from Eaton to Clandeboye and from Manitoba to Superior. The traffic will now travel northbound on the west lane as opposed to the east lane. This traffic will continue to be one way. Tomorrow (August 23rd) crews will begin excavation of the east lane starting at the bridge on Eaton and heading north. Asphalt crews are onsite working from Queen to Dufferin. As the project proceeds, there will be portions or work happening right from the north end to the south end of Eveline. Please travel through the construction site with caution. Saturday work within the project will happen periodically through the remainder of the season, so once again, proceed with caution through the work site regardless of the day.
