It is the intent of the City of Selkirk to prequalify a list of General Contractors, Mechanical, Electrical, and Sub-Contractors who will be invited to submit bids for the construction of a new 3 story 7,800 square foot firehall addition to the existing facility located at 200 Eaton Avenue in Selkirk, Manitoba.
Successful prequalifying applicants will then be considered to submit bids for the project. Bids are scheduled to be called in March 2018. The anticipated construction start date will be April 2018 with an estimated construction schedule of 8 months with occupancy required by February 2019.
