Due to unfavorable soil conditions, we have made a decision to cut a trench in order to access the new wastewater sewer on Manchester Ave.
In an effort to save as many trees as possible, and to keep the excavation area as far away from existing gas mains as possible, we have decided to realign the Wastewater sewer back onto the roadway rather than under the south boulevard.
Due to these changes, we are anticipating it will add an additional 5-10 working days to the original timeline.
Homes on the south side of the avenue will have limited to no approach access while sewer pipe is being installed directly in front of those homes.
