Update September 4, 2019

Manchester Ave: Unfortunately, due to a delay with the contractor, the asphalt crew was not able to start on September 3rd. With weather permitting, the contractor will have their crew mobilizing on Thursday, September 5th with paving to start on Friday morning, September 6th. The contractor will work through the weekend to complete the job, if necessary.
