Please be advised that the 2023 property and business tax bills have been mailed and that we anticipate everyone to have received them by Friday, July 7th.
The deadline for payment is Monday, July 31st.

In-person payments are available during business hours 10am – 4pm Monday through Friday at the Civic Office located at 200 Eaton Avenue.
Instead of paying one large lump-sum every July, budget with a Payment Plan. Sign up is free and easy to do. Here’s how:
Pay the current year’s Property Tax Bill.
Complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Application Form HERE.
Submit the completed Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Application Form in person, by mail, or in our 24-hour drop off.
Withdrawals will come out of your account every 5th day of the month.
Please note, payments made online, by telephone or at your financial institution cantake up to 4 business days to process. To avoid late payments, we recommend you make your payments by July 25.
If full payment is not received by July 31, a penalty will be applied at the end of day, each month against the outstanding balance. Monthly penalties are calculated at the rate of 1.25 % per cent.
All property owners are reminded that they are responsible for payment of the 2023 property taxes WHETHER OR NOT they receive a tax notice.
