We conduct inspections at various phases of a project to ensure construction aligns with approved plans, including applicable codes, regulations, and bylaws. These evaluations are essential for maintaining safety and compliance standards throughout the building process.
We will approve occupancy for a newly constructed building only after completing all necessary checks. This guarantees the structure meets all safety and regulatory requirements before it can be inhabited or used.
As the permit holder, you are responsible for arranging these evaluations. The type and number required depend on the specifics of your permit, whether for a new single-family dwelling, commercial, industrial, or multi-family residential project. Refer to your building permit package for a detailed list relevant to your project.
To schedule an inspection, please provide the following information:
- Permit Number
- Site Address
- Preferred Date
- Contact Information
Timely and proper scheduling of inspections is crucial to avoid project delays and ensure compliance with all building standards. By staying proactive and organized, you can ensure a smooth process and timely approval of your construction project.
