Depending on your development and/or building project, you may need several permits that allow you to proceed with construction. Prior to submitting your application please ensure the Application Review Fee and any applicable documents are submitted at the same time.

We offer two different applications for Commercial projects, depending on the scope of work.
For any staged permits and larger projects, the Part 3 Application should be used, for any smaller projects, interior renovations and small additions, the Commercial Application can be used.
