Accessory commercial buildings are structures that serve supplementary purposes on commercial properties. Examples include storage facilities, private studios, pergolas, garden structures, greenhouses, pool houses, and similar buildings. Requirements for these structures vary by type:

A permit is required for any accessory structure that exceeds 107 square feet.
