    • Cross Sections
    • Window Schedule
    • Foundation Plans
    • Engineered Drawings (if applicable)
    • Plumbing Schematics
  • Red Seal ticket for Plumber
  • Engineered Drainage Plan
  • Status of Title (Issued by Winnipeg Land Titles Office, no later than 30 days before application)
