If you are moving in or out of the City of Selkirk you can open or close your utility account by filling out the move in/out form. If you have multiple properties, a separate utility account for each property is required. 

A water meter reading is recommended to ensure that you are only charged for the amount of water you used. Your water meter is located inside the residence (basement / crawl space), outside meters are no longer used.

Please Note: The move in/out form is different from the form used to make changes to your existing utility account. (Eg, add or remove a name, update mailing address or phone number)
