Sama Yoga is a practice that brings students to a place of relaxation and inner peace. Using the traditional yoga poses, flowing and rhythmic movements, breathing, mantras, and music, students can stretch and strengthen muscles, lubricate joints, bring a sense of calmness to the body and inner peace to the mind. Bring your mat!
