The Selkirk Arena also known as “the Barn” has served the community for over 70 years. The Arena features an ice surface, and is used mostly for youth recreation programs. Memorial Hall has been fixture in Selkirk to host dances, craft sales, programs and fundraisers.

The Memorial Hall has a capacity of 327 persons. The hall is a popular site for events such as craft sales, youth programs and meetings of any size. Tables and chairs are available to accommodate different types of bookings upon request.

Things to consider when booking:
- The Facility is wheelchair accessible
- There is no kitchen at this facility
- There is no A/C during the warmer months
- Additional items are available for rent: Projector, Projector Screen and Podium
- The memorial Hall is licensed for alcohol
Hall Booking Procedure
- A non-refundable damage deposit due upon booking
- The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to the booking
- The damage deposit is refunded after the event if there is no damage to City property
5 Hour Birthday Party Booking
Cost: The total cost to rent the Memorial Hall for a birthday party is $529.15

- Access to the hall for 5 hours. This includes your decorating and clean up
- Non-refundable booking deposit $59.85

Full Day Booking
Cost: The total cost to rent the Memorial hall for a full day is $666.50
