Selkirk Off-Leash Dog Park
Built in 2019, the Selkirk Off-Leash Dog Park has quickly become a popular site for visitors and their furry friends.

From January 1 2021 to November 21, 2022, the Off Leash Dog Park had 66,000 visitors (accompanied by their furry friends of course). Most of the people visiting the park were from Selkirk, representing 43 percent (28,481) of the total visitors. About 11,500 (17%) visitors came from Winnipeg and another 11,000 (17%) from St. Clements.

Selkirk Park Pool and Splash Pad
Selkirk Park Pool and Splash Pad is a water attraction like no other! The 110 by 95 metre pool holds 5 million litres of water and is surrounded by a sandy beach. The gradual entry pool has a depth of 1.5 metres at it’s most deep point. In 2012, the City of Selkirk added an 18-feature Splash Pad, located adjacent to the swimming pool.
There were 14,199 visitors to the City of Selkirk Pool and Splash Pad in the summer of 2019. Of this total, 37 percent (5,222) came from the Winnipeg area and 23 percent (3,310) from Selkirk. A fair number of visitors came from the surrounding areas of Selkirk including 1,571 (11%) from the RM of St. Andrew’s, 894 (6%) from the RM of St. Clemts, and 688 (5%) from Beausejour.
