The subject lands are located at the southeast end of the West End planning area, on the west side of Annie St. (where Annie St. currently terminates at Creekside Blvd). The West End Concept Plan contemplates this area as a residential neighbourhood, with a mix of dwelling types, including multi-unit buildings, townhomes, as well as a limited number of single-unit dwellings, to achieve an overall target density of 15 units per acres on a gross basis.
